yes, I do still exist....

Hello my friends!
I´m sorry, I was very quiet for a while... Well, I finished my degree, I handed in my diploma thesis at christmas and I´m still waiting for the result! But my professor already told me, that I shouldn´t worry about it... :-)
So now that I´ll be a diploma biologist soon, I´ll work for a few months in the lab where I did my diploma thesis, and then start my PhD there. Rainer is working there aswell until summer, and then he´ll start to move to Canada... Great! But I´ll stay in Göttingen for another three years I guess, so the Oulu meeting in Germany could take place in Göttingen! :-)
But Mallorca sounds great aswell! Let´s find a date so we can book flights to the island, don´t you think?? What about the last weekend in April? First of May is a wednesday, so maybe some people could take holidays for monday and tuesday, so it would be a really long weekend! :-) Friday, 27th of April, und till wednesday, first of May! That´s nearly six days...! Don´t you think it´s a great idea?

I had some diffuculties to use this blog-thing, but somehow this time it worked! Yeah... So finally I could see what you all have posted untill now, very nice!! :-)
But exploring the functions of this blog-thing, I got a shock some minutes ago! I clicked on "Next Blog" and... I saw a picture of a naked man with a huge dick in action with his hand, and the title said "Coming face" or something like that! I was shocked!
Well, I´m slowly recovering by now....

So, I wish you all the best and I really hope we can manage to meet in Mallorca!!

I think Mallorca is a very nice and new place to go, and usually there are plenty of offers from all over Europe. What do you think?

well, I am back in Oulu, there is no snow, it is raining like hell, but I am very possitive as everyday there is more light :)

5-year revival!

OK, let's get the mafia started. We need to set up our revival, and hopefully already for this spring! I know Oulu is a bit far away and expensive for some, and I think a revival without as many people there possible is kind of boring. So, I think we sohuld just gather up in a place where everybody can afford to go (who will have time for it). My proposal is Mallorca, but, for example, germany is a central position as well and it can be a nice place as well!

And I propose meeting before end of May, so we won't get stuck with touristic hassle-dazzle.
